Kiauna, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I found my purpose when I figured my life was more than just about me. I found my purpose in my popcorn business. I have the pleasure of offering a great product and service to people. And also because I want to create generational wealth for my children.

Hello, I am Kiauna Hughes I started my popcorn business in September of 2022.. I started my business with my children in mind I wanted to create a business where they can test my product as well as profit from it long term.. Kandy Kids Creations offer Popcorn and Treat Baskets for all occasions. I have partnered with members of the community and offered popcorn treats for library events, and juneteenth events.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1 Knowledge 2 Customer Service
3 Time- Management

Knowledge- becoming aware and research the particular area that your career or business may offer.

Customer Service- Always handle customers they way you want to be treated when you go to work or when you step into your business.

Time-Management Always make time for your business, career, anything in your life that you deem thats important to you.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
My four children have been the most helpful in helping me overcome challenges. They have helped mold me into the business woman and mother I am today.
