Meet Karsten Bie Jensen

We were lucky to catch up with Karsten Bie Jensen recently and have shared our conversation below.

Karsten Bie, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

We are Karin and Karsten Bie Jensen.
Our purpose grew naturally out of our work and life together.

In Denmark, we were both deeply engaged in food, – from different but complementary angles.
Karin taught at the culinary school in Copenhagen, while I worked as a head chef and product developer. Food was never just a profession for us.

Together, we developed what later became Bies Diet, building on work Karin had already begun earlier. Over time, it evolved from practical experience into a clear method, shaped by results and many years of hands-on work.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Our core focus is Bies Diet — a plant-based Food as Medicine concept developed for online use.

Each person receives a personalized list of three carefully selected plant-based items, sourced independently.
One teaspoon of each is taken daily for eight weeks.

The program is:
Simple and precise –
Free of side effects –
Time- and cost-efficient –
Suitable for all age groups from 5 years and up.

Below is an example of the results people experience:

Rob Rodgers, Las Vegas

Part 1.

I had been suffering with a digestive/GI condition for over two months. At one point I was given medication from a GI specialist. When that was not completely successful, I was prescribed another medication. After a month I was not fully recovered.
I was prescribed a holistic approach from Bies. After a little over 2 weeks, I was healthy once again. It’s been over a month now, and I can notice my GI condition is gone. Thank you Bies for your diet program.

Part 2.

Some time ago I took advantage of Bies Diet to assist with a digestion issue. After 10 days my digestion was 90+% corrected.
That got me thinking about my other supplements. As a longtime competitive athlete, I had been taking an increasing amount of over-the-counter supplements for years. I decided to take the recommendations of Bies Diet and reduce my supplements. I actually discontinued them altogether. After three weeks, and a concentration on eating healthy (that has never been an issue with me) I have to say that the supplements probably did more harm than good, if they did any good at all.
Thank you to Bies for setting me on the road to a proper diet and NATURAL food intake. You have a great program. Please keep up the great work you are doing.

Times Are Changing.

Alongside Bies Diet, our work also includes Times Are Changing.
The book is based on channeled insight, where Karin works as a channel for 25 — a spiritual authority connected to the shift the Earth and humanity are currently undergoing.

Times Are Changing addresses life on a soul level, the energy behind Bies Diet, human development, the ongoing clearing process, what 25 prioritizes, and how to relate practically and calmly to real-life situations in a changing world.
The book introduces new perspectives and knowledge that are relevant and timely.

Bies25 is registered in Henderson, Nevada (USA) and operates under a valid business license (#2025334450).
Our work is delivered online, and we currently operate from the Maldives.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

1. Ability to Move Forward
We act when the timing is right. In 2011, without hesitation, we moved to the Maldives. The opportunity arose after the introduction of democracy in 2009, which made guesthouses on local islands possible. We were among the first to invest, and Palm Villa became the first officially registered guesthouse in Noonu Atoll.

2. Curiosity and Open-Mindedness
Life and business in the Maldives are fundamentally different from Northern Scandinavia. Learning to navigate a tropical climate and a distinct culture — and integrating respectfully — has been deeply rewarding and has expanded our understanding far beyond expectations.

3. Thankfulness and Patience
The human warmth and the climate have shaped our sense of friendliness and calm. This is something our European guests have embraced just as much as the clear waters, colorful fish, and deep blue ocean. The friendliness we encountered is profound — and something we carry with us permanently.

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?

After more than fifteen years in the Maldives, our main focus is moving into the next phase. Our goal is to relocate to Henderson, Nevada, where Bies25 is registered and where we wish to establish our permanent base.
