Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Cherri Dallas. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Cherri , so happy you were able to devote some time to sharing your thoughts and wisdom with our community. So, we’ve always admired how you have seemingly never let nay-sayers or haters keep you down. Can you talk to us about how to persist despite the negative energy that so often is thrown at folks trying to do something special with their lives?

Thank you for that insightful question. In response, I believe that emotional maturity and leadership serve as my foundation.

I have implemented habits that allow me to remain focused regardless of external criticism. My leadership approach is centered on the idea that persistence comes from clarity. I am clear on my purpose and the work I have been called to build, and I stay anchored in that conviction.

When faced with challenges or criticism, I choose not to internalize them. Instead, I rely on my faith to mold me into the person I need to be to execute the specific purpose assigned to me in all areas of my life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

At my core, my gift is servitude. Whether it’s in ministry, business, or my personal relationships, I’m called to serve and that shows up in how I lead, how I build and how I pour into people. It comes natural and authentic.

That gift naturally evolved into building teams and managing businesses. I don’t just focus on operations, I focus on people. I believe when you align the right people with the right vision, you can create something that not only produces results, but also creates impact.

I live by the principle that when you do what you love, it doesn’t feel like work, it becomes purpose in motion. That mindset has shaped how I approach everything I do.

My brand is centered around empowering communities by helping them realign their mindset. A lot of people are limited not by opportunity, but by how they see things. I work to shift that perspective because if you can truly see it, you can begin to build it.

Professionally, I operate in government contracting, managing projects in commercial construction, roofing, disaster relief and transportation as a certified veteran-owned business. That work allows me to not only build infrastructure, but also create opportunities and economic impact in the communities we serve.

And this is just the beginning. I’m expanding that message through a podcast and a book launching later this summer, where I’ll be diving deeper into mindset, discipline, faith and what it really takes to build something meaningful from the ground up.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Areas that were most impactful in my journey began with Self Awareness and Clarity of Purpose. I had to know who I was.
Developing a deep understanding of my purpose allowed me to stop resisting the process of growth. I now recognize what I once viewed as conflict as essential alignment necessary in shaping me to become who I needed to be. This shift in perspective has been transformative.

Next and always at the top of my list is Mental Discipline. I have trained my mind to remain focused under pressure. Always leading with what is the growing opportunity for me. I have learned to pause, assess and respond with intention. This discipline is critical to how I manage both my personal life and my business operations.

Lastly, yet certainly not least is Servant Leadership. The Anchor in my life. My approach to building teams and managing businesses is rooted in a mindset of service. Whether in ministry or at my company, I prioritize developing people over simply driving results. I believe this focus on genuine connection and investment in others creates longevity and real impact. When I look back over my own life, it was when destiny helpers showed up and poured into my future which impacted and changed my life forever.

Together, clarity of purpose, mental discipline and servant leadership form the foundation of how I navigate challenges, build sustainable businesses and stay aligned with my calling.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I specialize in building teams with a strong desire to succeed. I am looking to collaborate with like minded organizations already thriving as well as with individuals or businesses who have a clear vision but need the framework to reach the next level.

I am committed to empowering and guiding 100 individuals or businesses toward alignment. My goal is to share the strategic framework necessary to help them excel personally, professionally, and financially.
