Pauleen, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
As a child, I witnessed my parents’ unwavering perseverance in the face of life’s challenges. They immigrated to this country, learned the language, embraced the culture, assimilated and worked tirelessly to provide for me and my sister. They even worked separate shifts at one point, sacrificing personal time to ensure a parent was always home raising us. My mom, a true role model, managed to balance work, school, and family, overcoming difficult bosses and learning to stand up for herself. Meanwhile, my dad’s dedication to his job allowed him to support our family and ensure our well-being. Their resilience instilled in me the value of perseverance.
My business decisions are guided by the adherence of 5 core values of Just Pauleen. They have been derived from my own personal experiences and are used to guide both me and my business in the right direction. They are as follows: Integrity, Prudence, Accountability, Self-Empowerment, and Achievement.
I wasn’t always the person who had those values. As a matter of fact, half the reason I felt so lost when I was younger was due to a lack of self-confidence. I didn’t have my own back, and I often believed others’ stories about me over my own. The influence of others’ opinions shaped my decisions, and I tended to follow authority instead of trusting my own intuition and logic.
Consequently, while I always genuinely aimed to do the right thing, I found myself pulled in ten different directions, trying to follow my heart, please others, and adhere to rules. As a result, I sometimes lacked integrity, struggled with taking personal responsibility, and couldn’t stay dedicated to one specific thing.
Over the past couple of decades, I faced difficult personal experiences brought on by my own poor decision making/planning coupled with extremely challenging life situations that came out of the blue. The chaos and difficulties that resulted forced me to make great changes and add structure to my life — in consequence this has formed the person in which I am today. After falling, I rose, brushed off the dirt, and embarked on a profound journey of self-transformation. Developing a deeper relationship with myself became paramount. Since then, my life has undergone a complete metamorphosis. I am not the same person I was ten years ago.
Today, in my psychic work, I bring not only passion but also true integrity, a strong sense of personal responsibility, unwavering dedication, and a deliberate approach. These core values have significantly transformed me, making me more self-confident and better equipped to assist you effectively.
I wholeheartedly commit to my craft, approaching each client with authenticity, generosity, and the intention to facilitate genuine change in their lives, just as I experienced my own transformative journey. Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a Psychic Consultant and Performance Coach and I currently offer consultations through email, phone calls and events.
As a Performance Coach and Consultant, I help real people solve real, everyday problems in a very practical way using the help of magical psychic abilities (inherent in all of us by the way).
People come to me with specific issues, and we drill down to the root of them, addressing various layers involved – and eventually find practical, actionable steps, individualized and tailored to the client, allowing the client to move forward with confidence and clarity.
I help people break free from thought patterns, explore new possibilities, gain confidence, and understand personal roadblocks, challenges, and strengths.
What separates me from the herd is that I try to approach psychic work in a realistic, scientific, and worldly sense. A lot of people hear the word psychic and tons of assumptions spring forth! Spirituality has a very mysterious veil around it and many people are either intimidated by it or think it’s a bunch of hooey.
I aim to make my readings practical and grounded. It’s my goal to help people understand that having a psychic consultation is not necessarily a mystical and mysterious “woo woo” type of thing, but rather a very practical and useful tool to be used to get clear and focused on problems, their origins, and most importantly their solutions.
My job is to give you power by helping you study your situation, see what’s going on and then help you decide what options and actions are the best for you. I help twist your perspective and contemplate your choices, but I will never tell you what to do!
Therefore, a psychic reading with me is not just for people who are into spiritual stuff, but it is rather a very practical interaction.
With a wealth of corporate experience and a background in the corporate world, I can easily relate to individuals in that sphere. As an intriguing blend of analytical and creative intelligence, I adeptly apply my intuitive skills in a practical manner. My focus lies in assisting you by applying these intuitive messages to your real-life situations, making them relevant and beneficial to your everyday experiences.
People come to me with everyday conundrums in order to accomplish goals, break patterns, improve interpersonal relationships and find understanding. I don’t just state what the problem is, I help clients understand the “Why” as well.
I help clients determine strengths, hurdles, advantages, disadvantages pertaining to the specific situation and ultimately help find the right path. I am here to guide, empower and provide clarity.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, I think the 3 qualities that had the most significant impact were courage, risk taking, and learning.
When I first discovered my psychic ability, many people encouraged me to share my gift with the world. I must admit, the idea terrified me! Exposing myself to the world and openly declaring that I’m a psychic consultant felt like an overwhelming prospect. As much as I wanted to be courageous enough to reveal my real name and confidently declare my abilities, I knew deep down that I wasn’t quite ready for that leap. Acknowledging where I stood and having the courage to admit it became an important step in my journey.
Instead, I decided to take a smaller step by using a “Pen name” as a way to gradually introduce my psychic consulting persona. I realized that courage doesn’t always mean taking on everything at once; it means finding the strength to start with one single step.
For aspiring business owners, I offer this advice: It’s absolutely fine if you’re not prepared to take the big leap immediately. Reflect on what you feel ready for and take that initial step. Whether big or small, any step you take with courage and determination will move you forward on your journey. Remember, true courage is about embracing your current reality and finding the strength to progress one step at a time.

With risk-taking also came vulnerability – offering the intimate act of holding space for someone during their most vulnerable moments.
It’s not always easy for my clients to open up about what’s happening in their lives, just as it isn’t easy for me to risk everything and speak the truth of what I hear and sense, regardless of what the client may hope for.
I am committed to hearing and speaking the truth, even if it’s not what the client wants or expects to hear. It takes courage to put myself in this space with them and support them through their journey, but the experience is worth every second. Witnessing the profound changes that unfold brings me immense joy.
Last but not least, continuous learning has played a vital role in both my personal and professional development as a Psychic Consultant. I have dedicated significant time and effort to hone my skills, expand my knowledge, and discover new ways to connect with people.
Being an autodidact, I have taught myself a great deal through channeled messages and intuitive knowing. My unwavering commitment to learning holds immense significance in my life, as it fuels my growth as a professional and enables me to offer deeper insights to my clients.
My commitment to learning means everything to me. It allows me to grow professionally and provide deeper insights to my clients. When I initially began offering psychic readings, I had clients from a wide-ranging background. I helped kids, moms, adults, executives, dads, single men, married women, etc. Initially, my main focus was to help my clients resolve the specific situations they brought to me. Love, relationships, work, drama, friends – you name it, and we talked about it. We would delve deep into those matters and work together to understand and address them. Little did I know then that exploring their life situations would lead to valuable insights that could positively impact other areas of their lives.
As time went on, I started attracting more clients who held executive or managerial positions in corporations, as well as small business owners. I noticed a remarkable trend among them. By addressing their personal hurdles and challenges, there was a natural improvement in their work and business performance. These clients not only developed stronger self-relationships, but they also gained the confidence to make more decisive DECISIONS in their professional lives.
The insights gained from our sessions directly translated into new skills applied at work. For instance, one client experienced substantial revenue growth in their business due to the impactful business decisions they made after our consultations. They emerged as better leaders, equipped with renewed problem-solving perspectives, and a DEEPER understanding of their own strengths, weaknesses, and interests.
While I assist people from all walks of life, I find immense satisfaction in helping individuals understand and connect with themselves, leading to positive changes in various aspects of their lives. My psychic consultation sessions have in some ways been morphing into something I might better describe with the phrase: performance coaching. Performance coaching with a specific focus on individuals in the corporate world. While this remains a new subset of my focuses/offerings, it is quickly growing.
Consequently, I am brainstorming ways to expand my business and create a dedicated branch specifically catering to business professionals, executives, and business owners. My goal is to utilize my intuitive skills, combined with unique mentorship and guidance, to foster their personal and professional growth. Ultimately, my dream is to secure contracts with companies in New York City (for my love of the city!) and other cities worldwide. The prospect of traveling, meeting new people, and offering my assistance along the way fills me with great excitement!
