Hi Frank , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
Being aligned with mentors like Kevin Hayden helped shape me to become the person I am today. Not sharing my next move and always staying a step ahead kept me being sharp & confident with my decisions
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I run a prestigious outlet out of San Antonio called Wavez Movement. We focus on giving a voice for up & coming artists where our attention was first made to focus on Texas where we’ve branch out since to other states & even countries helping build a virtual bridge to them back to Texas. The thing that excites me the most about what I do is the support of the artists. Our goal was always to make sure the artists, producers, videographers etc were recognize for the time they spent on a track or visual to know that someone really spend their time listening and viewing instead of just posting it.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Never lose the inspiration that got you doing what you love. Sometimes it may not feel all the hard work you’re doing isn’t worth it but if you keep at it, it will happen eventually and when it does happen it will mean so much. Take every interaction serious, sometimes people show their true character to you and those are the people to stay away from while there are others who genuinely want to see you win; those are the ones to keep close by.
Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
My partner in all this, ThatKidCarter, he doesn’t like people to know his first name so I won’t say it lol but he’s the GOAT. I wouldn’t take photography as serious if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be as motivated to win for us if it wasn’t for him. He truly holds the key to success in his talks & his work ethic, one of the sharpest shooters in the world & will die on the hill every time.
My fiancée Domonique, she is my rock, my biggest supporter and the person who will never let me quit. I thank her every day for keeping me up and never letting me fall
