Hi Neraka , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience is a reflection of the unwavering strength and positivity instilled in me by my remarkable mother. Her unyielding determination and unwavering optimism have been my guiding lights through life’s most formidable challenges. She has shown me that no matter how daunting the obstacles may seem, there is always a path forward, a way to overcome, and a reason to keep pushing forward. Her enduring spirit continues to inspire me even while she’s in heaven, and I am endlessly grateful for the resilience she has passed down to me. 💞

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Lady Hibachi Mobile Catering is not just a business; it’s my lifelong passion turned into a flavorful reality. At Lady Hibachi, we’re all about delivering delicious food, exceptional service, and unforgettable moments. My journey in the culinary world began at a young age, learning from my mom’s expert guidance and honing my skills through formal education. Cooking and bringing joy to people through my creations have always been my true calling. Every dish we serve is crafted with a lot of love and dedication, and there’s something truly magical about grilling up fresh, sizzling delights for our customers. It’s not just a job; it’s a pleasure to share these moments with our patrons, and it’s what drives me to put my heart and soul into Lady Hibachi every day.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
In any profession or endeavor, self-discipline, exceptional customer service, and a relentless willingness to learn are the cornerstones of success. Self-discipline provides the structure and focus needed to consistently excel in one’s role. It’s the force that keeps you on track when challenges arise and fuels your commitment to improvement. Exceptional customer service is the lifeblood of any business, as it builds trust, loyalty, and reputation. Going above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations is a non-negotiable priority. And the willingness to learn, well, that’s the key to evolution and growth. Embracing new knowledge and skills not only keeps you relevant but also ensures that you’re always offering the best possible service or product. Together, these qualities form a powerful foundation for personal and professional advancement.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
Whenever I find myself overwhelmed, I’ve learned the importance of taking a step back, closing my eyes, and meditating for a moment. It’s during these times of reflection that I truly grasp how blessed I am. It serves as a powerful reminder that no matter how tough a situation might be, it could always be more challenging, and for that, I’m deeply thankful. Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to temporarily set aside the chaos, take a slow and deliberate pause, and recharge. It’s in those quiet moments that I gather the strength and perspective to push through even the most daunting of obstacles with renewed determination and clarity. I highly suggested this to all!
