Meet Farrah Nichole

We recently connected with Farrah Nichole and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Farrah, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I most feel I received my work ethic from my beautiful mother who instilled the natural hustle in me early in life. My motto: work hard, pray harder. Life goals to stay motivated and on track:

1. Role Models: Look up to people who exemplify a strong work ethic. This could be family members, mentors, or successful individuals in your own community. For me, also other photographers I admire. Surround yourself by these people. Birds of a feather flock together.
2. Set Goals: Define clear goals for your career and break them into smaller, manageable tasks. This will give you a sense of purpose and motivation. This is huge for people like myself who get overwhelmed easily.
3. Time Management: Learn to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. Tools like business management software and sticky notes with to-do list are my life savers!
4. Self-Discipline: Practice self-control to stay focused on your work.
5. Passion: Find a genuine interest in what you do for a living. Passion can be a powerful motivator.
6. Accountability: hold your own self accountable for your progress. Constantly evolve!
7. Routine: Establish a consistent work routine. Consistency can reinforce your work ethic. This is a key factor in organization and ties everything together.
8. Healthy Lifestyle: Prioritize physical and mental health. Regular exercise and sufficient sleep can boost productivity. I love strength training, it’s my “me” time.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay curious and seek opportunities to learn. Continued education keeps your brain sharp. There is always someone new coming up in the industry.
10. Feedback: Welcome constructive criticism and feedback. I love client reviews, I always want to better my art!

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m an award winning, Texas-based, traveling photographer who loves capturing the authentic moments between couples. Am I the photographer for everyone? NOPE! I vibe best with couples who are head over heels for each other and who are comfortable cutting up. I want to deliver an album that you cannot only look back on, but FEEL all over again.

I’ve been blessed to photograph weddings in Colorado, Hawaii, Arkansas, and all over the beautiful state of Texas over the last decade.

I love capturing the first day of the rest of your life!
