Meet Stephanie Perez

We recently connected with Stephanie Perez and have shared our conversation below.

Stephanie, first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
This is a great question that I feel everyone faces time to time. Especially in social media where it is so easy to compare yourself. Overcoming imposter syndrome requires you to remind yourself of your talents, strengths, and your reason for starting.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I love sharing content that helps my audience in different ways. My main focus is travel, and sharing tips to make travel easier. I also incorporate spreading positive messages in my content to uplift my audience and promoting a healthier lifestyle!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Three skills that are important is being faithful in yourself, being persistent, and open minded. I would say for someone just starting out to just keep going no matter what!

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
My biggest area of growth these past 12 months has been doing things that scare me. Even if that leads to rejection or failure…the best you can do is keep trying.
