We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Rachael Baptiste a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Rachael, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
Going through various trials and always remaining in a spirit of hope has always led me to be a person of optimism. Faith and the ability to see things through to the end has helped me persevere in that optimism.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m Rachael! A dynamic entrepreneur from Toronto Canada! Born and Raised here. I used to work in artist management previously but pivoted my business to be a service-based company after the pandemic started.
I’m grateful for everything I have learned about my business and myself thus far.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Optimism, Faith and going with your gut. These qualities have helped me tremendously and have given me growth to where I am supposed to be.
Cultivating the feeling, surrender and feeling into my body has helped me stay holistically grounded in all three of these bodies of knowledge.
Optimism keeps you going and creates a belief that all will be resolved with time.
Faith is not worrying about the ‘how’ just believe that God has your back and it’s already set in stone. All you have to do is move.
Going with your gut will never lead you wrong at any time. Making sure the vibration of your body is in line with your highest good is what will make the accuracy spot on in any circumstance.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
It’s so great to write out a ‘wants’ list so you have something to look back on after you’ve manifested it. That’s what I did for my clientele!
