Meet Isiah Davis

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Isiah Davis a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Isiah, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
My optimism originates from my compassion for the development of humanity, even when other people don’t see it or even grasp the bigger picture of existence nurturing understanding and empathy becomes not just a choice but a noble imperative in our shared journey toward enlightenment and progress. I’m confident in the future despite others’ lack of awareness. On this plane, knowledge and ignorance is represented merely by positive or negative charges, consequently ignorance can occasionally result from a lack of knowledge so my confidence for the future will always be positive because you can not attract the finer things in life operating in a low vibration mindset.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m diving headfirst into new opportunities and wholeheartedly embracing the present moment. Each experience, no matter how big or small, is like a lesson in the classroom of life. I’m continuously learning and growing, gaining a deeper understanding of how to think critically and creatively. Professionally I am always telling myself that the pursuit for elite performance is a never-ending journey as I work to perfect my craft and immerse myself in a culture of never-ending learning. I become increasingly aware of how much information and expertise there is in my industry that has yet to be discovered as I learn more about it.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The areas of knowledge that had the biggest effects on my journey were those that taught me to view failure as a learning opportunity. Instead of obsessing on failures, I consider what went wrong and how I might improve moving forward. It’s normal to be misunderstood in your early years because the majority of people have a constrained way of thinking. If I had never dared to think beyond the box, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I advise everyone to accept challenges and view failures as opportunities for growth throughout time. This will help you develop resilience, which enables you to overcome obstacles successfully.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
Over the course of the last 12 months,I’ve cultivated a heightened ability to filter out distractions and maintain unwavering focus on the tasks at hand. I’ve taken the challenging yet necessary step of distancing myself from individuals whose influence was detrimental to my personal and career development. It’s been a crucial move in ensuring that my professional trajectory continues to ascend. I have honed my capacity to leverage support mechanisms effectively, recognizing that the road to success is often paved with collaboration and guidance. I’ve also come to appreciate the profound truth that significant achievements often necessitate sacrifice, and that these sacrifices can yield truly remarkable rewards.
