Amanda , thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.
Simple, my parents. I was shown how to treat “take the tab”, at a very young age and that set the tone for my lifestyle. I was taught to treat others how you would like to be treated and I believe only a Generous can teach that. I’ve always had an abundance in life, even when I didn’t think I did, to give, to share and show kindness! I hope to teach my kids the same. 🙂

Hello, my name is Amanda Martinez owner and creator of MAD petals botanical beauty! My products are made with real botanicals such as dried roses and lavender buds mixed with raw honey or oats, all edible. These products each have a purpose for each type of skin care. My brand was inspired with the love of plants and their benefits to the human body. I believe self care is an extreme necessity in one’s life!
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Customer Service, Hospitality and revolving Money are definitely keys in my journey. My business started off at Vendor Markets so my most interaction with customers was vital. The hospitality came when I became the host at events and revolving money was to help keep the inventory coming, especially if a particular ingredient went up in price. My advice to any entrepreneur would be to be consistent with everything pertaining to your business. Stay on task, stay focused and keep disciplined.
It pays off!
