Hi Violet, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Developing my confidence began at a young age. Life circumstances put me in positions that tested me to believe in myself and trust in my abilities very early on. Can I love myself even after all my personal defeats that I have suffered, my human flaws, my skin picking habit, my thoughts, my emotions lack of ability.. that is the journey.

I developed self confidence at an early age of 10 by becoming a caretaker for my little sister. My parents were hard at work and I was responsible for us. Doing it with fun and grace as a young child required much effort on my part.

These experiences taught me to not only care about myself but to put others before me. This armed me with the power to start my own company Champione a high frequency skincare, hair care, and makeup line that heals your Mind, Body, and Skin using the power of Tree Resins. Being in service to others was my destiny!

I always loved helping others see their maximum potential even if they didn’t always see their beauty. Hence, I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2009. In high school, I was a makeup artist, then worked in the beauty parlor for terminally ill-kids adorning their faces as little princesses and princes should.

Today I help thousands of men and women across North America, Europe and the Caribbean discover their greatest potential within. To help one’s outside match the beautiful inside. In return, this magnetizes all of the health, wealth, and relationships life has to offer you. It all starts with self esteem. When you’re insecure that triggers instability in others. So helping others believe in themselves increased my self love bank as well.

I had my own challenges of my exterior shell; cystic acne everywhere and grays growing from difficult situations along my journey. That battle between shadow and self love.
You always have a choice. You can mask the pain with power, work, addictions, to block it out. Or you can find that “Security” you seek within! So I choose self love EVERY TIME and it has given me a life of so much fulfillment. It came from seeing myself as beautiful, doing the self care rituals, it came from healing, the acceptance, detachment and forgiveness of self. The message I can share with people is
“You are a powerful Champïone with a mission to fulfill. You are with infinite honor and integrity that has access to ALL the knowledge that exists.”

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am the CEO of Champione by Mileva, a high frequency skincare company where we heal people’s skin challenges: such as eczema, premature aging, confidence and self esteem. We work on the system of mind, body, skin practices while using the power of Electromagnetism and Tree Resins. All modalities that are super powerful to heal our skin.

I feel most excited about working with people one on one, having my all star dream team, and bringing Champione to a store near you. My mission is to reach 200,000 ladies within the next 3 years from speaking at schools to reaching small cities who do not have access to healthy skincare, haircare, and makeup options to be introduced to such powerful healing.

What I want you to know:
We work with 5 people every week to completely recover from skin challenges through Mind, Body, and Skin Practices. Through our Champione Self-Esteem Program, you will completely transform your life to the health, wealth and relationships you have always deserved.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Discipline and Rest
Self discipline is a powerful force. The more consistently you do what you need the sooner you will get to where you want to be. By increasing your input, or your average (e.x. making those 100 calls a day, doing the skin rituals daily so you can heal), without procrastinating and delaying (due to not believing in yourself) you will reach what you desire to master a skill. Mastering a skill takes 10,000 hours, again that requires discipline. Finally doing so and finding time to also rest is the sweet spot between work/life balance.

2. Serving and Giving
Willingly give and graciously receive. This has been the greatest quality I’ve developed in my personal life and career. I give through the service I provide to my customers with the purchase of my products: the healing program, the healing book, our live support all at no extra charge. If you ever come to one of our events we offer a microdose of our very famous “Panacea Potion-Youth Longevity Serum” My question to you is, “If you can give something everyday what would it be?”
Ex. Food to the homeless woman I pass when Im shipping my orders. Or a piece of clothing I don’t wear I give to a friend.
Yes yes yes. Isn’t the act of giving alone a means of finding more self love and appreciation of your deepest and highest self?

3. Attitude and Life Force Energy.
My greatest golden nugget is to boom out life force energy: encouraging words, support people, have compassion for their insecurities. In the process of doing this I have become a divine paramedic. Offering people the oxygen mask of Champïone life force and helping people become less fearful and heal.

I work with 5 ladies and gentlemen every month between the ages of 35-55 who are ready to transform and heal from any self esteem limitation and develop their greatest confidence to be their maximum beautiful self.
