Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
Being someone who is constantly online – I can become overwhelmed easily. Having a schedule that I stick to helps me immensely. I schedule everything! If it’s not on my calendar it’s not happening. Sticking to my calendar helps me to find rest.

I try my best not to work on Saturdays; taking the day to rest and enjoy things offline.
