Andrew, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I must say that my mother played a significant role in shaping my confidence and self-esteem. Growing up, she always encouraged me to express myself, ask questions, and challenge everything. Her unwavering support gave me a solid foundation to build upon.
Professionally, working in the field of cannabis law has been a rewarding experience. The ever-evolving nature of the industry and the complex legal landscape can be quite daunting. However, my confidence in this field has grown through years of helping build the industry from the ground up, and appreciating that my ability to make a positive impact.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
What I find most exciting and special about practicing cannabis law is being on the frontier of change and constantly navigating uncharted territory. The toughness and creative energy of my cannabis clients is remarkable.
As for my brand or law practice, I believe in a client-centric approach. We not only offer legal expertise but also serve as strategic partners to our clients. Our dedication to staying at the forefront of this industry ensures that we provide the best guidance possible.
In terms of what’s new, we’re excited to announce that we’ve recently expanded our work into different areas around Florida and New York state to better serve the growing needs of our clients. We also just celebrated our five year anniversary this past September.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Adaptability, a commitment to legal expertise, and relationship-building have been my guiding stars in the legal business For those who are embarking on this path, remember that this industry is an exciting adventure with unexpected twists, but with the right mindset and dedication, you can navigate it with confidence and success. Enjoy the ride, and don’t be afraid to embrace the wild and crazy nature of this industry.
