Hi Solaris The Hii Priestess , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding your purpose comes from recognizing that we’re all part of a profound spiritual journey, where our physical bodies are temporary vessels for ancient souls. We carry lifetimes of wisdom within our DNA, waiting to be unlocked. I believe that people often struggle to find their purpose because they’re not aligned with their soul’s path. . As a student and teacher of astrology, I’ve gained self-awareness and a clear sense of my purpose. When you know who you are you know what direction you are supposed to go in. Studying yourself is the only way that you can find your purpose and one of the best ways to do that is through astrology. In astrology you have a thing called the north and south node which show you what your souls purpose is here to do and you also have a placement called your midheaven that shows you what type of skill sets you have naturally.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Solaris the Hii Priestess is an Austin based tarot reader, astrologer and newly published author well known for her contemporary method of divination using tarot. Solaris considers herself a metaphysical therapist and has been practicing this sacred form of divination for almost a decade..
To provide insight into her realm of work, she has been featured at various festivals, such as: Live nation, Mala Luna,
SXSW, ACL and local music and art shows. She also does traveling workshops for inner child healing and astrology and teaches divination classes.
Her latest creation, “y.o.u. Your own universe”, is a children’s astrology book that offers a fun and engaging way to
introduce young readers, aged 2 months to 4 years, to the wonders of the cosmos.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1)I don’t embrace losses; I view them as opportunities to learn. Giving up is merely an illusion in my perspective. 2) study yourself
3) have grace towards yourself.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
