We were lucky to catch up with La Tara Johnson recently and have shared our conversation below.
La Tara, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
I keep my creativity alive by constantly challenging myself with different tasks. Creating things that is new to the community. Things that I think people will want to try or have not seen before.

In elementary I developed a love for all forms of artistry. From painting, drawing, decorating food, or just enjoying looking at different art from all over. As I grew older I always knew I had a love for interior decorating and it would grow to be my passion. I decorated anything I could when I could. I then started making custom home decor and it really hit me that this is what I wanted to do. Bring peoples vision to life wether it was a painting or a bathroom makeover. This was my vision for Endless Kreationz. The name I would go on to give my business because I felt like it was endless on the possibilities I was going to present to the world. Thinking about how I used to decorate food at a young age as well, I thought to myself why now decorate food now and that’s where my love for treats and cakes came from. I started decorating all kinds of treats and it came so natural. It was never about the money but how good it made me feel creating something special for someone. Thinking about the customers reaction once they saw what I created and how good that would make them feel as well. The ultimate goal for Endless Kreationz is to cater to the customers needs and wants and bring their vision to life wether big or small.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most impactful qualities/skills that I applied for my journey to success would be top tier customer service. Recognizing that that customers needs and wants are always #1. Also being able to market myself to every age group and cater to all audiences for every occasion. As a self taught treat maker and interior decorator my skills where there, but I had to tell myself that there were and still is room for improvement. So I started watching different videos and practicing night and day. Reading and learning different techniques to sharpen my skills.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I would love to collaborate with event planners. It would definitely help me get my name out there more. Also attending more vendor events and engaging more in the community. I can be reached on all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
