We recently connected with Leonard Manning and have shared our conversation below.

Leonard, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
My generosity came from my grandparents. When I was growing up I always observed how they were willing to help by donating not just money but clothes and food. This inspired me to do the same this year I did a giveaway of a 40-inch smart TV and a $250 gift card to a family in need. When the business grown I’ll be able to do more.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My company is a mixing, mastering, and music production entity. I ensure that you have industry standards at a good price. My main focus at the moment is music production and thanks to my college education I can go even further.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
My three qualities are creativity, empathy, and resilience. My advice for the people who are getting started is to keep going and remember perseverance is the key to success. Stay persistent with your art and never stop creating.
