Hi Kazuma, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
First of all, I’m one of many guitar collectors and music lovers. I’ve worked for a Japanese guitar manufacturer as an overseas sales manager, product designer, and artist relations for 7 years. The guitar market is already overflowed now, but I tried to design what I want according to my favorite American vintage guitars and bizarre guitars produced in Japan in the 1960s. As soon as we established our original handmade custom guitar brand, named ‘OOPEGG’(It’s abbreviated name of “Out Of Place Electric Guitars and Gears”) in May 2019, we released my first designed guitar called ‘Supreme Collection Trailbreaker Mark-1. Then after that we released the model, we received many praise from NAMM show, Boutique Guitar Showcase, and American Premier guitar magazine etc. Thanks to you, we are currently expanding sales of OOPEGG guitars not only in Japan but also at boutique guitar shops in the United States, United Kingdom and Asia.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Thanks to my family who gave me a great influence and opportunity to do whatever I want. Also, I wanted to thank all the friends and companies all over the world who have been helping me always. Throughout my career I experienced and learned from great companies and people, without them I definitely could not have made this kind of a step of world-wide success.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
Thanks to my parents who gave me a great influence and opportunity to do whatever I want. Also, I wanted to thank all the friends and companies all over the world who have been helping me always.
