We recently connected with Jasmine Farmer and have shared our conversation below.
Jasmine, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
My purpose was born out of what I would have told my younger self when I started my college journey process. Over a ten year period I began a deep dive into self discovery through mentorship and using tools (disc, basic needs, human design, saboteurs, etc.). Through my self discovery and personal development I learned how to use those tools to find my strengths aka superpowers. Leaning into our strengths and having a better understanding of ourselves allows us to make more aligned decisions for our future. I realized the reason for roadblocks during the college/career journey process is due to not having a deeper connection to ourselves and who we truly are.

I’m the CEO and Founder of Blueprint Collective LLC a coaching company that helps you unlock the power within.
I began my self-discovery journey almost a decade ago when I made the choice to relocate. This was the pivotal moment when I truly began to find my own voice and unlock the power within me.
After working in the insurance industry for 12 years, I started noticing something was out of alignment. In this moment I realized something had to change and it started with me. I began refining my signature formula and using it to help me transition into who I am today.
Today I help bring parents and teens together by removing the roadblocks to their college and career dreams. I am working on some products that will be launching in early 2024.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The most impactful things in my journey were my personal and professional development, reconnecting with myself and surrounding myself with people that made me think bigger/dream again. The piece of advice I would give folks early in their journey is to remember who they are and live life for themselves. Within ourselves lies our superpowers and when they are unlocked the possibilities are endless.
