Hi Danny, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My faith in Christ Jesus…He has overcome the world and that comforts me

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

1- If you are early on in your health and fitness journey I suggest you read and read and read some more.

Main topics being the brain and gut connection, (enzymes for health book by Dr. Loomis) and read (Fats that Heal and Fats that kill by Dr. Udo Erasmus)

2- learning how to overcome sickness and disease/parasites with zero or minimal pharmaceutical protocols
3- By using Naturopathic Medicine instead of straight allopathic medicine (which has its place of course) to rebuild the cells and tissues of my body
4- I  would say achieving my N.D. Naturopathic Medicine degree to help educate the masses on learning how to implement natural strategies (functional medicine) to optimize human health and performance.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I am looking to collaborate with like minded individuals that agree with my aforementioned questions when dealing with health and fitness. Looking for investors to open a fitness facility that covers all the bases of human health.
