If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
These are three qualities that were impactful in my personal growth and my role in Alexander James.
Adaptability- being adaptable allows businesses to respond quickly to market trends, customer preferences, and industry disruptions fostering slow and sustainable growth.
Relationships- building strong relationships through excellent service leases to customer loyalty and life long success. This I learned from my parents.
Strategic Vision and Planning- effective planning helps allocate resources efficiently, manage risks and navigate challenges. This practice ensures a strong foundation. This I learned from my girlfriend.
What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
I call my partner, we chat. The right partner can make or break a deal, a business, a household.
I’m this aspect I am very fortunate, we are a team.
