We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Carolina Cerisola a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Carolina, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I got my work ethics at young age athletic though training and discipline as a Rhythmic Gymnast competitor representing my country.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I been in the industry as a professional Dancer since 2016, my work has shown me the world and brought incredible opportunities like working with some of the most talented artist of our times.
The most exciting and special about my job it’s that I get to do what I love and express my self through movement.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
– Improvisation with live music – Discipline
– Letting go
My advice to those that want to improve as a dancer/performance.
Discipline is your best friend, get inspiration from other artist but always make it your own and don’t give up easily.
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
The incredible good people and artist that crossed my path and mentor me through my years living in America.
