Torry, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I always wanted to do something useful for the world, especially for women. Growing up I have seen my mother in an abusive relationship with my dad, being cheated on and treated poorly and I could never understand why she does not leave him. I realized that many women livein such relatiosnhips because they have no strength to leave so I decided with my comedy and sketches I am able to provide that strength for women all over the world. I sort of became that older wiser sister to a lot of girls that find themselves stuck in horrible relationships.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I started my comedy and sketches over two years ago after deciding to completely turn my life around and quitting a stable job at BMW and Rolls Royce in Vancouver. I have now created the brand Torry Hermann as a comedian, content creator, influencer, and Sexy Puma brand – clothing, jewelry, footwear. I have partnered with a numerologist and taro reader Aleksandra Kushevarova to create life charts and personalized consultation programs for my followers – something that helped me completely change my life and build my confidence in my future.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
patience and dedication social media is just like any job – it requires time, investment, courage, and it has its own begative sides that some people don’t know about.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
the most amazing thing my parents did is selling their apartment, car, assets in Chelyabinsk to pay for my education in Canada. Unfortunately, it was only enough for the first year and I was planning to go home, but I decided to risk it all and stayed in Canada having no money, no education and no idea what to do next. I got 3 jobs to pay for my schoiol and living, and eventually I was able to make things happen. When I started making some decent money I saved up to buy my parents a new home and a car.
