Meet Sebastian Cosme

We recently connected with Sebastian Cosme and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sebastian , so happy to have you on the platform with us today and excited to chat about your lessons and insights. Our ability to make good decisions can massively impact our lives, careers and relationships and so it would be very helpful to hear about how you built your decision-making skills.
Trial and error. I still make tons of mistakes, obviously, but that’s the bast way to learn for me.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am the Podcast Host for The Loud Spot Podcast (The Loud Spot with Sebastian). I started podcasting when I lost my business during covid. We have since grown quite the audience. And played on 5 radio stations throughout the US and Canada.
I have also teamed up with a Tattoo Artist and have started a tattoo convention called Inked Nation, LLC. The Loud Spot is a big part if this convention as well.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Organization, dedication, and staying focused on your goals. It always seems like people give up to early in their journey. But if you stay organized, dedicated, and focused without giving up, sometimes what you really want is right around the corner.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
Yes, right now outside of my podcast “The Loud Spot with Sebastian”, I am putting together a tattoo convention called Inked Nation with my business partner Dawn (Tatted by Dawn on socials). I have been in charge of the vendors and entertainment while she focuses on the tattoo artists.

Putting this together in a short amount of time has been stressful and there are so many little things to account for that we are now having to piece together such as security, pipe and drape, state licensing, meeting all of the vendors and artists needs, etc…

But this has also been very fun and despite almost giving up a couple times, we pulled it together and the show must go on! For those interested, you can check out www.inked-nation.com
