My confidence and self-esteem have evolved through a combination of intrinsic passion for researching, planning, and actively pursuing my goals. Embracing my human design has provided a profound sense of alignment and confidence in my energetic self, significantly boosting my self-esteem. Additionally, continuous education through reading has played a pivotal role in enhancing my communication skills and presenting knowledge, further contributing to my confidence. The synergy of these factors has been instrumental in shaping a strong foundation of self-assurance and belief in my abilities.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting on my journey, three pivotal qualities have shaped my path: the ability to visualize my future career, a deep curiosity, and a balanced work ethic. For those early in their journey, my advice is to journal and visualize how you want your career to unfold, mapping out the day-to-day aspects of your dream job. Create a vision board to reinforce those feelings. Embrace curiosity by engaging with professionals in your desired field, researching industry innovations, and staying informed. Lastly, bet on yourself and maintain a balanced work ethic—find a steady pace that promotes growth without compromising mental health. It’s about sustaining progress without burning out.
