Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Learning the business, the do’s and don’ts and what it takes for a business to succeed. Creating a business plan is important as well. Hiring the right team and putting tools in place to help the business to grow. Don’t give up and know that your business will be successful. Surround yourself with other business owners and people that want to see you succeed in life and business. Learning much as you can to grow your business and come with a mindset of learning.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Yes, I am looking to surround myself with business professionals and people who would not be jealous, envy, or don’t want to see others succeeds. I would like to be surrounded by people who are encouraging, want to see others succeed, and we can collaborate helping each other.
