Brandon, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I believe the confidence I have within myself has developed since I was a child. Playing sports at a young age helps give you the tools you need to build one’s confidence and thriving in competition. Self esteem and confidence play a huge role together. Whether you think you can, or think you can’t you’re right.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
We are a local veteran owned company serving the Phoenix area. We provide a convenient mobile oil change service that eliminates the headache of bringing your vehicle into a shop.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Enabling systems and processes from the start to ensure our business is ran efficiently. Customer service, being able to provide an outstanding experience for our customers. Lastly is consistency, showing up day in and day out and doing the best you can. My advice to early starting entrepreneurs is to be consistent in whatever you choose to do, half the battle is showing up, don’t quit, keep going and you will reach your goals.

Many books have had a great impact on me and my journey. It all started with the first book I read Rich Dad Poor Dad, it flipped a switch in my brain and was able to see things from a new perspective.
