Meet Angelle Morris

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Angelle Morris a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Angelle, we sincerely appreciate you joining us today and agreeing to talk about some very personal topics. So, to kick things off, let’s talk about a tough one – divorce. Can you talk to us about how you overcame divorce?
Well, this is the first time I’ve ever been asked this question. In all honesty, “time” is how I overcame divorce. I had to relearn who I was and I literally had to take life one moment at a time.

Divorce was extremely hard for me but it helped me with becoming more resilient, it helped me with having a better understanding of who I really was, and divorce taught me how to self-reflect.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Well, I am the owner of Noella Grace, an affordable accessory brand. Our business sells affordable accessories for men, women, and kids.

My purpose for creating this business was to give people access to trendy pieces without it breaking the bank. We shouldn’t have to spend our last just to look and feel our best. It excites me just knowing that I can offer such affordable pieces for everyone.

We are embarking on our third year in business and we will be making a few changes. This includes adding new models from youth to more seasoned and also participating in more fashion shows in order to gain exposure.

So, be on the lookout!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Reflecting on my journey, adaptability, creativity, and a strong understanding of market trends were crucial. My advice for those starting out is to embrace change, foster creativity, and stay informed about industry dynamics. This dynamic approach can help you navigate the competitive landscape in any industry.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Although I don’t collaborate much, it is something I want to do more. I would be most interested in collaborating with social media influencers, fashion bloggers, and complementary brands within the accessory industry.
