Meet Tony Metric

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tony Metric. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Tony, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
I like to discover new artists around the world, trying to understand how they make their songs. It helps me stay motivated and creative. Also, I work out every single day, which helps me a lot in building unbreakable mental resilience. Because it transfers into every other area of my life, in this case, creativity.

Additionally, having healthy habits helps me have more energy and stamina for music production.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Currently, I am creating official remixes for talented artists from Europe, and I have been dedicating my time to learning new music production skills to elevate the quality of my work. For example, I have made some edits of famous songs by Nelly Furtado, Madonna, Britney Spears, and Jefferson Airplane. This effort has significantly contributed to increasing my fan base worldwide and receiving support from other artists who play my music at festivals or private events.

I strive to learn something new every single day, as I believe that is the key to success.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
First off, learn the basics of music theory; it helps a lot to understand how music is made. Sound design really helps to understand the source of the sound better and how to manipulate it. Learn from artists whom you admire; it is the key to achieving new goals. I have been learning from various artists whose music I truly admire.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
Yes, this 2024 i really want to learn in depth the art of “Sound Design” or Audio Synthesis. I statred a new course a few days ago. I am sure this year, Will be so cool!
