Meet Martina Rosenthal

We were lucky to catch up with Martina Rosenthal recently and have shared our conversation below.

Martina, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I find purpose in examining my passions and aligning them with problem-solving. It’s crucial for me to dedicate time each day to pursue one thing for myself, another for my family, and a third for my career. When this trilogy is fulfilled, I experience a profound sense of purpose.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

In my professional journey as a marketer, I’ve dedicated myself to helping brands overcome challenges by embracing new initiatives and stepping out of their comfort zone. It’s been equally exciting and fulfilling experience

Today, I am focused on helping brands grow by bringing creativity and innovation to the forefront. What I find most exciting and special about my work is the ability to connect with audiences in meaningful ways and drive positive outcomes for the brands I engage with.

Looking ahead to this year, I am particularly thrilled about the upcoming challenges that will likely stretch me thinner than usual. It’s shaping up to be a great adventure filled with numerous opportunities for learning and growth.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back on my journey, I would say that grit, grit, and grit have been the three qualities that were most impactful in my professional growth. The fortitude of spirit and determination to persevere through challenges has been the quality set I strive to adhere to every day.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
In the past 12 months, my most significant area of growth has been learning to let go and walk away to make room for new opportunities. Embracing the challenge of letting go has been the biggest learning in my professional development. Recognizing the importance of choosing oneself and understanding when to move on has been a valuable lesson that I strive to apply every day in my career.
