Meet Alexander Nicolazzi

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alexander Nicolazzi. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Alexander with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I started working as a dishwasher at Cunettos house of pasta when I was 15. In between that, I did construction jobs. After graduating high school, and doing some college, I realize getting a degree wasn’t wearing my heart was At.

I ended up getting a job at the grocery store, which allowed me to work on my business during my off hours. this sort of turned into a routine for me. I found my most creative hours were at night to the early morning like 2 AM.. they still are

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I specialize in selling high-quality neoprene beverage insulators tailored for various sizes and formats, including 12-ounce cans, 16-ounce cans, 750 mL champagne bottles, and custom designs like the Bulleit Bourbon bottle. In addition to customization services for breweries, I regularly launch quarterly collections with unique designs. Our insulators stand out due to their thick neoprene material, distinctive zippers, and occasional inclusion of patches in certain releases.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I think it’s always best to build something around your interest. It was around 2015 when I got interested in craft beer. All the artwork that goes into the labels inspired me to create the brand I have today. Always keep trying new stuff and see how the market reacts. Once you find out what is working double down on that.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?
Currently, I’m looking to scale up my business and hire a team. This is something I’ve never done, but I know it is essential for me to grow this obviously takes additional capital, which i’m in the process of acquiring.
