Meet Victoria IAMLOVEHUG

We were lucky to catch up with Victoria IAMLOVEHUG recently and have shared our conversation below.

Victoria , thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?
I keep my creativity alive by constantly creating and brainstorming ideas. Writing my thoughts, feelings and goals daily to see them. I also like to stay active on exploring new creative approaches that I can learn. I am mainly focused on working on multiple projects so pushing myself to create out of my comfort zone is new to my routine. And in my life now traveling, and making crazy good art is my main goal. I am currently moving forward with recording parts of my life like a movie and also having fun with my art process. It’s been inspiring to see my creative process from another perspective.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I do lots of different things. I self-care, I listen to music and also create every day. My life consists of creating artwork, designing onto clothing, staying active physically and spiritually. And what’s most exciting is that I get the opportunity to choose my life’s blueprint. I travel, explore places, write, draw consistently. It’s a never ending up and down moment. Currently I consider IAMLOVEHUG a symbolic name/ brand of a world I created. Where art, peace, health, self expression and life are always celebrated and valued.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Creativity, self awareness and resilience. Improvement comes from the process which takes time and patience. And just really doing it and doing something that you genuinely enjoy.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
When I am overwhelmed, tired or not feeling it or my best, I just take a break. Try to breathe and be mindful of my surroundings and how I am feeling. Drink water.
