Meet Belle Garcia

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Belle Garcia. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Belle, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I find purpose in the relationships with the people I love—my friends and family—as well as those I encounter along the way. I genuinely enjoy listening to their stories and figuring out how I can make their journeys a bit easier.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m an independent singer, songwriter, and female music producer. With a profound passion for my craft, My music is an intentional fusion of melancholic pop melodies, deeply personal themes, my most authentic vocal delivery, and intentional production. My sound blends elements of Indie Pop, Alternative Rock, and Latin influences, drawing inspiration from the likes of Lana Del Rey, Arctic Monkeys, and Shakira, while staying true to my inner musical intuition.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I guess the first big thing for me was when I got into acoustics. It gave me this scientific insight into how sound works, but it also took my music to new, unexpected places, helping me nail the sonic aesthetic I wanted. So, I just love playing with sound, a literally mold it to create whole worlds.

The second part kind of leads to the third one. Work ethic and empathy—once I realized what I could do on my own with my music, I wanted to help others get their true vision out there. Learning to work with artists and being empathetic became key. You’ve got to ditch the ego, be a good listener, and be open to crazy ideas. It’s about understanding what the artist really wants and having the confidence to experiment. Even if you don’t know how to do it, you push yourself, learn along the way, and, with patience, you eventually nail the sound they’re looking for.

Working with clients like this has not only let me help them but also inspired me to take my own music to its most authentic sonic vision.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I enjoy teaming up with artists who have a solid grip on their sound and have a specific emotional vibe in mind for their music. Having that info improves the enjoyment of the craft and also makes for a better song in the end.
