One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
Exploring diverse interests: I actively pursue a wide range of interests and hobbies, which exposes me to different ideas and perspectives.
Continuous learning: I constantly seek new knowledge and information through reading books, articles, and other resources. This helps me stay updated and inspires fresh ideas.
Embracing curiosity: I cultivate a curious mindset by asking questions, seeking answers, and exploring the unknown. Curiosity fuels my creativity and encourages innovative thinking.
Seeking inspiration from others: I draw inspiration from other creative individuals, such as artists, writers, and innovators. Their work motivates me and sparks new ideas.
Taking breaks and relaxing: I understand the importance of downtime. Stepping away from work and engaging in activities like meditation, exercise, or spending time in nature helps recharge my mind and enhances creativity.
Embracing failure and experimentation: I embrace failure as a learning opportunity and believe in the value of experimentation. Trying new approaches, even if they don’t always succeed, fosters a creative mindset.

As a motion graphic designer, my role involves creating visual concepts and animating them to communicate messages, ideas, or information effectively. Here are some of the tasks I typically perform:
Understanding client requirements: I collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, objectives, and target audience. This helps me create designs that align with their vision and goals.
Concept development: I brainstorm and generate creative ideas and concepts based on the client’s brief. I explore different visual approaches, layouts, color schemes, and typography options to create compelling designs.
Design creation: Using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other tools, I bring the concepts to life. I create logos, illustrations, posters, brochures, websites, E-Learning videos, and other visual elements that convey the desired message or brand identity.
Layout and composition: I carefully arrange and organize visual elements such as text, images, and graphics to create visually appealing and balanced compositions. I consider factors like hierarchy, spacing, and visual flow to ensure clarity and impact.
Color selection: I choose color palettes that evoke the desired mood or emotion and align with the brand’s identity. I consider color theory principles to create harmonious and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Typography: I select appropriate fonts and typography styles that enhance the overall design and effectively communicate the intended message. I consider legibility, readability, and visual hierarchy when choosing and arranging typefaces.

Like anyone else, I also feel overwhelmed in various situations and for different reasons. Here are some common factors that may contribute to a girl feeling overwhelmed:
Academic pressures: High expectations, demanding coursework, deadlines, and a heavy workload can create stress and overwhelm.
Personal expectations: Girls may feel overwhelmed when they set unrealistic standards for themselves in various aspects of life, such as appearance, relationships, or achievements. Striving for perfection can lead to feelings of stress and overwhelm.
Emotional challenges: Dealing with emotional difficulties like anxiety, depression, or relationship issues can be overwhelming for anyone, including girls. These challenges may impact their overall well-being and make it harder to cope with daily demands.
Time management: Balancing a job, extracurricular activities, family commitments, and personal interests are the most overwhelming for me where I feel stretched thin and struggle to find time for myself.
It’s important to note that everyone’s experiences are unique, and what may overwhelm one person may not have the same impact on another. Each individual has their own threshold for coping with stress and overwhelming situations.
