We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kaden Lymon. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kaden below.
Hi Kaden, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
From a young age, I’ve been surrounded by men and women that hustle and complete their tasks. My parents and siblings are really good examples of what applied dedication. Growing up with their consistent impact on my life, working hard became like second nature for me. From sports to community engagement and of course to photography/videography, hard work has come very naturally to me.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am a bundle of joy and charisma, and this bleeds over into every aspect of my life. In my content creation, I present my clients with an experience filled with high energy. I plan to become a content creator for a large clothing brand or professional sports team Event videography and photography are also huge for me, and I plan to keep those around for as long as I shoot for.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three qualities that have greatly impacted my work have been charisma, confidence and compassion. I look at these as my big three, and I keep them in my mind at all times throughout my day. Charisma is very important because a charismatic individual knows how to exude energy in a receivable way, and the ability to offer someone some of your energy is a skill not many have mastered. Confidence is important because confident individuals are trusted more than someone who is unsure of themselves. The third is compassion. The ability to understand and empathize with a client is an incredibly important skill to possess.
As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
A book that has played the biggest role on my life has been Don Miguel Ruiz’s “The Four Agreements.” This is a book that goes in depth with four mantras to remember and apply to life in order to reach an inner peace. The book tells readers four main ideas to remain conscious about: Be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, and do your best. The application of these four ideals has transcended my life in insurmountable ways, and I am forever grateful for the fact that I read this book.
