We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brandon Lee Anthony a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandon , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience stems from my faith. Basically i know that the Most high never puts any more pressure on you than what you can handle. Obstacles are just a test and process you have to go through to reap the good.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am a mobile event vendor and caterer. I also have my own sauce packaged online. The sauce is unique . Not only is it used with barbecue, but in stir fry’s , baking , or frying. The sauce is also vegetarian, and once it is open the shelf life is good for up to 9 months without being refrigerated. We aim to deliver the most original form of barbecue using the best premium wood. We can be found at events such as the City of Fairburn or Sip And Swine Festival.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My advice would be is to keep moving forward with your vision. Don’t get so caught up in the resources you feel you don’t have . These thoughts will hinder you. A lot of times as you take the first steps out on faith doors open up for you.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’m definitely looking for event planners and businesses that are in need of food vendors to connect with. I am always looking for new opportunities. Please don’t hesitate to reach out via instagram or Facebook. All else fail just Google Lee’s All in One BBQ .
