We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Javosski Rembert. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Javosski below.
Javosski , so great to have you with us today. There are so many topics we want to ask you about, but perhaps the one we can start with is burnout. How have you overcome or avoided burnout?
Burnouts are a part of the growth process, only once you have burned out is when you learn how to avoid the next burnout or how to overcome during a burnout. There are lessons to be learned during a burnout, but to continue burning out is when you haven’t learned from the previous burnouts. When I feel overwhelmed and burnt out from business, I usually take a knee, in other words (take a break), reset and start again later.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Maintaining business and my career is my focus right now. As of today, I still work remotely as an inpatient coder for one of the local hospitals in Los Angeles. Business is business as usual; you can find me online at www.theBMcollection.com as well as MY BBB located inside the Crenshaw Baldwin Hills Mall. I’ve been in the mall for over a year now. And I’ll be participating in Anastasia LA fashion week March 2024. This will be my 2nd LAFW since I’ve been in business, my first fashion week was in 2023. My goal is to continue building with great individuals including business owners, models, photographers and promoters. Continuously growing my business to levels I’ve never imagined; good energy allows good business to continue growing.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back on my journey the three qualities that are working in my favor are dedication, hard work, and patience. Although the road to success can be tough, never give up once you’ve found your way. There will always be challenging moments, so stay prepared for the challenge. Giving up isn’t an option once you’ve invested time and money. I think about giving up all the time but this new world I’ve built always calls me back.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is someone with high vibrations, someone who understands my vision. Someone who feels what I’m saying when they see my product. Someone who’s mentally on the same page while being on their own journey. Someone who’s not on the same page as me, but open to learning. Someone who appreciates the mental process of my creation and what it may have taken to bring it to life. Those are my ideal clients.
