Meet Tina Glaze

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tina Glaze. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tina below.

Hi Tina, you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?
My Heart. Majority of what I do come from my heart. I always say I lead with my heart and not my head. Down side to that the brain and the heart is constantly at war.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
As far as my brand Tina Glaze, it a fun vibrant outgoing place for individuals to feel seen and heard. I am a fashion model so half of my work is based around fashion, the other half is based around personality and skills. The ability to use my platform to give back to the community, I want my audience to know that this is a safe space, a place to feel confident and bold, also place where you can come and learn fresh and new skills as well as networking opportunities within the fashion modeling and acting industry. My main focus is to create a space for creative and outgoing individuals driven by ambitions for themselves. But also to secure a position with an opportunity for educational/ financial advancement that will allow them to take care of themselves and others.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
My ability to talk/motivate myself By saying…

Never set limitation for yourselves

Make sure to hydrate sometime you don’t even need to eat as much as you think you do, you body just need water. Besides drinking water has so many benefits. Ie clear skin

“When one door closed, another one opens” don’t stop trying. Honestly that “No” means “no keep going”

Also make sure you ask yourself “what’s in it for me?” With anything I swear.

“Don’t complain about what you don’t have, work hard towards getting it boo”

2. I love to cook and eat at home, it saves your health and pockets:)

3. Trying New things

You never know what new adventures may bring.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am interested in collaborating with Modeling Agencies, Photographers, Fashion Brands, Make-up Artist, Designers, and of course Models. As of now i have been connecting with these folk via social media marketing. Word of mouth and booking websites.
