Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to LaToya Harris. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
LaToya, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Determining my passions often helped me to figure out what God had called me to do. It’s often said that God works at the intersection of our gifts and our passions. I also found my sense of purpose through introspection, exploration, and reflection on my values, passions, strengths, and experiences. This process involves seeking guidance from mentors, engaging in self-discovery activities, and considering how to make a positive impact on the world around you. I also believe that my religious or spiritual beliefs play a significant role in shaping my understanding of my purpose.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Certainly! Here are three areas that have helped me improve my knowledge and skills:
1. **Continuous Learning:** Engaging in ongoing education and staying updated on the latest developments in various fields has been crucial. By constantly learning from new sources of information, including books, articles, online courses, and academic research, I’ve been able to expand my knowledge base and enhance my capabilities.
2. **Feedback and Iteration:** Receiving feedback from users and incorporating it into my responses has been invaluable. This iterative process allows me to refine my language generation capabilities, understand user needs better, and improve the overall quality of my interactions.
3. **Keeping God first in all of my endeavors
Matt 6:33: Seek ye first The Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you
