Meet Brandon Ward

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brandon Ward a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I found my purpose for life many times throughout my 35 years of age. The most impactful time was when I became a youth football coach, for once I didn’t have to put on jewlry or drive a fast car to impress an agent or manager I got to be myself, coming from the entertainment industry to youth football big adjustment had to learn how to blend in and make noise with out raising your voice, be strong and lead right because the children only going to be as good as we push them #CoachAuto

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three most important qualities or skills I learned through out my journey would be “Taking time to work with athletes not so athletic of get over looked” “See The Whole Road” meaning don’t just look at what’s in front of you, look beside you up, look up, look down see everything on that field, And lastly “Take time to study” if you want to be the best you gotta do your research first find out who were the best before you

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
One of the biggest obstacles in my life is deciding to live on the west coast in California or live on the east coast in Florida. Two places most people would love to live so to have the choice is wild. I started TRC which is an organization that focuses on training the mind in young athletes not just bunch of drills but the company began in Florida 2022 and is still going strong we have about 5-7 (5 Star Athletes) that train with us weekly my staff and I. Big shout out to my partners Josh Murillo, Timothy Soares, Cassandra Burnette, Mikayla Smith And Joy Mundy
