Daniela, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I can definitely, that confidence and self-esteem is a process that we develop and change during our entire life.
Even if we talked about the personal or the professional life, there are always situations that can affect our confidence and self esteem and that’s one of the moments when we need to pick ourselves up, so we can have the courage and the confidence to get through it.

Daniela Gheorghita, 28 years old, born and raised in Romania, and I moved to the USA in 2019.
I became a business owner at the age of 25 and it has been an adventure since then. I own dA Bookkeeping and since last year, I have a second business that I share with my business partner, Krys, and the business is A Through Z Payroll.
We offer full bookkeeping and payroll service for small and medium size businesses and all of our services are customizable for every single business.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Network!! Networking was and still is the best thing that happened to my business. Get out there, build relationships and be part of the amazing community of the small business owners.
Besides networking, work ethic and respect are the most important qualities that every single individual should have, and every single business owner.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
Every single business owner. I love working with family operated business and this is how most of the small businesses are.
Accounting is not optional for businesses and hiring professional actually saves you more time and money rather that doing it by yourself.
