Edward , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to have been influenced by various sources that have contributed to the development of my strong work ethic. An important factor has been my education. Growing up in a family where hard work and dedication were valued, I learned from an early age the importance of perseverance and commitment to achieving goals. My parents instilled in me the belief that success comes through diligent effort and perseverance, rather than relying solely on talent or luck.
Overall, my work ethic is the result of a combination of factors including my education, my educational experiences, and the influence of mentors and role models. It is a reflection of my core values of perseverance, integrity and relentless pursuit of excellence. These influences have shaped my approach to work and life, driving me to constantly strive for success and make a positive impact in any endeavor I undertake.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
As a professional photographer, my goal is to capture moments, emotions and stories through the lens of my camera. My work involves creating visually stunning images that resonate with viewers and evoke powerful emotions.

What sets my photography apart is my unique perspective, creativity and technical skill. Whether portrait, event or fine art photography, I have a keen eye for composition, lighting and details that allow you to produce captivating images.

In addition to my artistic vision, I also have a strong commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction. Their dedication to delivering high-quality images and providing exceptional service to my clients sets me apart in the competitive field of photography.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting on my career as a photographer, three qualities, skills or areas of knowledge that have had the greatest impact are:

1. Creativity and Vision: Developing a unique creative vision and style is essential to standing out in the competitive field of photography. This involves not only mastering technical skills but also cultivating an artistic perspective that allows me to see and capture the world in a different way.

2. Technical Competence: Gaining a solid foundation in technical skills is critical to executing my creative vision effectively. Understanding concepts such as exposure, composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques will allow me to translate my ideas into compelling images.

3. Persistence and resilience: Photography is a journey full of challenges, setbacks and moments of frustration. Developing resilience and maintaining a persistent mindset are crucial to overcoming obstacles, overcoming creative blocks, and continuing to grow and improve as a photographer.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
Throughout my journey as a photographer, several individuals have been instrumental in helping me overcome challenges and develop the essential skills, qualities, and knowledge needed for success. However, if I had to choose one person who has been most helpful, it would be my mentor.

My mentor, who is an experienced and respected photographer in the industry, has provided invaluable guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. They have shared their expertise, insights, and experiences, offering practical advice on technical aspects of photography, artistic vision, and navigating the professional landscape.

Moreover, my mentor has served as a source of inspiration and motivation, challenging me to push beyond my comfort zone, experiment with new techniques, and continually strive for improvement. Their constructive feedback and encouragement have fueled my growth and development as a photographer.

In addition to technical skills, my mentor has also emphasized the importance of cultivating personal qualities such as perseverance, resilience, and professionalism. Their mentorship has not only enhanced my photography skills but has also helped shape me into a more confident and well-rounded individual.

Overall, I am immensely grateful for the guidance and support provided by my mentor. Their mentorship has been invaluable in helping me overcome challenges, refine my craft, and ultimately, achieve success as a photographer.
