Erica, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from within, I just know what I want for myself and I want to be the best version of myself and show up at my business 100% every day. I know it takes hard work and consistency. Nothing worth having comes easy!

My name is Erica, I am an Arizona native. I started my business in 2017 out of my roommate and I’s spare office in our condo that we rented at the time, I was lashing part time and serving in a local night club on evenings and weekends, Eventually I got so busy with lash clients that I decided to finally bite the bullet and open my own studio. Best decision ever. Fast forward to 2024 my business has grown so much and I am so extremely proud of where my business has taken me. I specialized in lash extensions, tho I recently learned some permanent cosmetic tattooing ( lip blushing ) and I am completely obsessed with it! I truly love what I do and am so passionate about it!
I also recently became a brand partner with Lashbox LA which has been a goal of mine since I took my first mega volume course with them,
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Patience is key in this journey. Be patient with yourself. Practice as much as you can, take as many models as you can be consistent and practice every single day. You lose it if you don’t use it 🙂
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is a person looking to feel more confident, wants to enhance their natural beauty! when you step into my studio, I personally take the time to understand exactly what you are looking to achieve and I customize your service to YOU, YOUR wants and YOUR lifestyle!
Each appointment is custom! its not a one size fits all!
I have built some beautiful friendships with each and everyone of my clients and I cherish every single one!
