Meet Jennifer Daly

We recently connected with Jennifer Daly and have shared our conversation below.

Jennifer, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Growing up, I found great purpose through being a cheerleader. From middle school through college cheer and professional cheerleading, I loved working with a team, perfecting my craft, and getting the crowd involved. Trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, while in high school, had me stumped. I just wanted to grow up and be a cheerleader! As time moved on, I realized exactly what it was, that was inside me, that truly loved cheerleading. It was being an encourager. This was something I had done all my life without realizing it was a purpose and calling. As women would come to me for advice or a shoulder to lean on, I began to seek out the credentials to make this area of my life impactful and more helpful. Through my opportunities in the pageant world and as an author and speaker, I began to see a greater impact. After a year, I finished a master-level course and was certified as a life coach. Today, I own two businesses, CheeringOnMoms.com and FierceAngelsFashion.com Both of which I am using my background, education, and passion for cheering others on, to empower women with their own fierceness and purpose.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My online glam boutique, Fierce Angels Fashion, launched at the end of February. It’s been two years in the works and it was a joyous, almost surreal feeling, to see it come to life. So much of my heart is in this brand. I want to empower women, helping them feel fabulous in stand-out fashion. I’ve seen so many women struggle to find glam all in one place so my boutique solves that problem! I’ve curated a closet full of fun, glam pieces from dresses to jumpsuits and all sequin short sets! Although I love the fashion, one of my favorite parts of the business would have to be the models. They apply and then are chosen based on how they are making the world a better place. Being fierce about making a difference is the core of Fierce Angels Fashion. We also provide a portion of our profits every quarter to a nominated nonprofit. This is a way, at Fierce Angels Fashion, that we can directly impact those who are helping others.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I believe we are all always learning and growing. “Failing forward” is progress if we choose to keep going when we mess up. Looking back on my journey, it’s in those mistakes where I’ve learned how to do it better the next time. During times of challenges and pressure, it was a choice to give up or keep going and I kept going. Investing in my education, my MBA and multiple certifications has been another key part of my growth and ability to help others. I believe we weren’t just created to exist but to have a meaningful life of service. For those just starting their journey or looking to start over, I’d ask you to evaluate what makes your heart happy. What is a gift you have that you can help others in life with?

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Fierce Angels Fashion is looking for nonprofits we can partner with to help provide a portion of our quarterly proceeds. We also have an open model call where women who love serving the community and want to make this world a better place are welcomed to apply! Our photo shoots take place in the DFW area so models would need to be located prefereanbly near north Dallas. However, for nonprofits, we are open to any location!
