Discovering my purpose has been a journey intertwined with my passion for beauty. During college, beauty became my creative escape—an outlet where I could express myself and find comfort. Crafting branded content for beauty brands was not just a hobby; it allowed me to connect with others who shared my love for beauty.

Networking with industry professionals validated my passion and inspired me to pursue it further. Through this journey, I found my purpose: to use my creativity and passion for beauty to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Today, I am driven by the belief that beauty is a powerful force for self-expression and empowerment.

As the Communications Manager at Colleen Rothschild Beauty, I thrive in the dynamic world of PR and Social Media. Prior to joining Colleen Rothschild, I was on the Global Communications team at Kiehl’s during my two-year tenure in New York City. This experience not only deepened my understanding of the beauty industry but also fueled my passion for storytelling and brand building.

Now, at Colleen Rothschild, I’m dedicated to creatively directing content and seeking new talent to amplify our brand’s message. Additionally, I create content for my personal page, blending my professional expertise with my personal passion. It’s been a journey that’s come full circle, allowing me to align my professional expertise with my purpose in the beauty industry.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, three qualities have been particularly impactful:

First, adaptability has been crucial in navigating the fast-paced world of PR and Social Media Management. Swiftly embracing change and learning new skills have allowed me to thrive in diverse environments.

Secondly, effective communication has been essential at every stage.

Lastly, networking has been instrumental, providing valuable support and inspiration. Cultivating meaningful connections has enriched my professional experience immensely.

By placing emphasis on adaptability, communication, and networking, individuals can confidently navigate their professional paths.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
My sister, mom, and significant other have played crucial roles in helping me overcome challenges and develop the essential skills, qualities, and knowledge needed for success. Their unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement have been invaluable throughout my journey.

Whether offering practical advice, providing a listening ear, or simply being sources of motivation, they have each contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth. I am deeply grateful for their presence in my life and the profound impact they have had on shaping who I am today.
