Meet Robbin Kelton

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Robbin Kelton a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Robbin , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
First, I know that I serve a God who created me so I know that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, (Psalm 139:14). Your confidence and self esteem starts at your mindset. Always focusing on the positive things about myself, celebrating wins in my life & having an amazing support system on those not so great days.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My name is Robbin Kelton, MBA., born and raised in the Dallas area. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit.

I am the Founder of Mamapreneur Enterprises and host of the Mamapreneur Podcast. My podcast talks all things Entrepreneurship. I help Female Business Owners get more growth and exposure for their businesses by appearing on my podcast. My podcast has been around for 3 years and has now reached global heights. Also, this show focuses on empowerment and community building. The Mamapreneur Podcast is committed to helping audience succeed. I look to expand my reach, as the Mamapreneur Podcast continues to be a valuable resource for women in business from all over the World.

My first love has always been hair. I’ve been in the beauty industry for almost 26 years doing hair, lashes and facials. I love being able to transform lives with my work from behind the chair.

In 2022, I founded Savvy Salon Systems. A coaching program to help spa and salon professionals thrive & to work smarter not harder in their businesses. Savvy Salon Systems coaching program that provides personalized guidance and strategies to help professionals streamline their businesses, enhance client experiences, and achieve sustainable growth.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The Three Most Important Qualities that have helped me in my Journey as a Podcaster, Entrepreneur and Salon Growth Coach are Consistency, Authenticity and Community.

I have such a big heart and I love seeing Women grow and succeed in the businesses. Entrepreneurship is all about building authentic relationships with other professionals in the industry and collaborating with them on the podcast. That can provide diverse perspectives and expertise, enriching the content and reaching a wider audience.

How would you describe your ideal client?
For the Mamapreneur Podcast, my ideal client for the Mamapreneur Podcast would be female entrepreneur from anywhere in the World who is looking to grow her business and is seeking support, guidance, and inspiration from a community of like-minded women. She must also value personal development, networking, and collaboration, and is eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

For Savvy Salon Systems, my ideal client is an Established Spa/Beauty Professional who is passionate about their craft and is dedicated to growing and improving their business. They may be salon/salon suite owners, managers, or independent beauty professionals looking to streamline their operations, enhance the client experience, and increase profitability. They value education, innovation, and continuous improvement, and are seeking guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. They are open to new ideas and strategies, and are committed to investing in themselves and their business to achieve long-term success.
