Meet Cheyenne Burnett

We recently connected with Cheyenne Burnett and have shared our conversation below.

Cheyenne, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
My journey toward building confidence and self-esteem took a significant shift when I realized I’d spent far too many years focused on looking confident instead of actually feeling that way. Battling breast implant illness compelled me to reevaluate my priorities, shifting from outward appearances to genuine well-being and when I did that, everything changed. In relinquishing the burden of societal expectations, I learned that true confidence emanates first, from self-acceptance. Embracing my present circumstances and accepting myself exactly as I was allowed me to chart a path forward based on my own aspirations rather than conforming to external standards, ultimately fostering a deeper, more resilient sense of confidence rooted in authenticity and self-awareness.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Hey girl, my name is Cheyenne Burnett and I am a lover of French fashion, Italian food, and art of all kinds. I am wildly in love with my ride-or-die Brad, we have the coolest kids, oh and my breast implants TRIED TO KILL ME!

I went from having all of the cutout photos on my goal board coming true to hanging by a thread in a sea of depression-riddled chronic illness symptoms medical specialists couldn’t give me answers for because what I was suffering from, too many doctors and surgeons today are still claiming isn’t even real. I was suffering from BREAST IMPLANT ILLNESS.

So needless to say, after a LOT of tears and working through an enormous amount of guilt and self-loathing on August 17th, 2022 I made a decision that would change my life forever. One year later more than 40 symptoms I now contribute directly to my implants are gone and my mission couldn’t be more clear.

I refuse to stand by and let other women continue to suffer so I am exposing the truth. All of it! On my my top-ranked podcast The Explant Secrets Podcast with Cheyenne Burnett. You deserve to know the real cost of breast implants and what is really at risk if you have them. Join me at www.explantsecrets.com/podcast now!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, I believe the three most impactful qualities in my journey were resilience, self-awareness, and being willing to have an open mind. Resilience allowed me to navigate challenges, such as battling breast implant illness, and adapt to my changing circumstances. Self-awareness enabled me to recognize the importance of prioritizing health over appearance and to understand my own values and priorities. Finally, being willing to have an open mind allowed me to question my beliefs leading me to redefine beauty for myself and recognize that true beauty stems from health and authenticity rather than conforming to societal standards. These qualities collectively empowered me to navigate my journey towards real, authentic confidence and self-esteem.

If I could give you a gift, it would be the courage to consider that what you currently believe, is wrong. Questioning my own beliefs about beauty, health, and about the world around me has given me such power because it’s allowed me to change my mind. Which ultimately allowed me to change my behavior, leading to a happier, healthier life.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
They taught me the value of a healthy meal.
