Meet Anya Alyzabeth

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Anya Alyzabeth. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Anya, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I built resilience over time using different methods and strategies. Years ago, I lived in a very unhappy and emotionally abusive marriage and I developed a debilitating autoimmune disease. I didn’t want to take medication for the rest of my life so I explored other avenues. I had absolutely no energy, I had pain all over my body most of the time, I had headaches, brain fog, weight gain and more. I wasn’t able to play with my son the way I wanted or do anything in life the way I wanted. I knew something big had to change. I started exploring some stress management techniques and step-by-step I got deeper and deeper into what might be the underlying problem and/or root cause. It took me many years and a lot of trial and error, many tears and a lot of strength to get back up every time I fell down again, but eventually, I got stronger and stronger. I learned powerful ways of building physical, mental and emotional resilience and they had helped me navigating a difficult divorce, being a true single Mom, financial hardship, death of a loved one, and more.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I help people develop a growth mindset from a psycho-spiritual perspective and specializing in connecting a ‘stuck’ mindset pattern to negative situations in your life – or everything you don’t want in your life. I help others to re-train their minds so they can create everything in their life they actually DO want and be personally free – full of courage, a calm mind, a feeling of being well, happy relationships, fulfilling career, and more. I have successfully re-programmed my mind to turn situations in my life around, one of the most impactful changes was putting my autoimmune condition into remission using powerful psycho-spiritual mindset techniques. It took me years to figure out the most effective way to make a lasting transformation and you can now benefit from this experience and learn from me how to successfully create your dream life in a way shorter time and without all the trial and error.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The first was understanding and becoming aware of the body-mind connection and how everything is impacted. The nervous system plays a big role too and understanding what contributes to it being out of balance was a key point.

Second, being aware is one step but learning how to slowly change thought patterns and shift your mind to have a more positive outcome takes a lot of time, trial and error, stamina.

Third, applying everything you know and maintaining it effectively is the next challenge. We tend to fall off the wagon again as soon as we feel better. I use a lot of different techniques and methodologies, ranging from time and self management, NLP, CBT, meditation and mindfulness.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is someone who understands the importance of mindset in creating their dream life but are struggling and don’t know how or where to start. They are ready to make major changes and willing to put in the work. They would like support on their journey to self-realization and not live their life as if they are on auto-pilot, feeling that life is sort of ok but they know that there is a lot more for them. They crave to have more confidence in their own skills and abilities and to know that they can handle any situation life throws at them and still thrive.
