Meet Syncere Hatch

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Syncere Hatch. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Syncere , so happy to have you with us today. You are such a creative person, but have you ever head any sort of creativity block along the way? If so, can you talk to us about how you overcame or beat it?
As a creative well all sometimes just get to a point in life where we go through a phase of not knowing what comes next. Whether that’s in music, life or just everyday living. When I find myself at that point which (I have a few times) I just envision where I want to be and where I’m at currently. Where I want to be gives me the inspiration and motivation to Continue because I know I have so many goals that I want to accomplish.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My name is Syncere and I am a man of many talents. I am a R&B artist, Model, and aspiring actor. My main focus is my musical career but with the addition of my other skill sets I hope to be in the movie industry just as well as the music industry. Being a creative is so special because you literally get to share your view of the world through your own artistic expression. Not only that many people could find you very relatable or even inspirational because you may be a representation of the person they would love to become. I have been making music professionally for about 2 years now and I am working on putting so much more out. Currently I have a music video for my top trending song “Poison” Which is currently trending at 800k+ views on my YouTube channel. I have also been involved heavily in the modeling industry and currently selected to attend this years 2024 Fashion week in Los Angeles CA. This is a very big opportunity for models to be seen by agencies, reps and networking opportunity. I hope to make the most of this opportunity. The show is October 12th in Los Angeles CA. I also have my own merch line called Yours Truly and a gym brand called “Stay Relevant”. These brands represent what I stand for as an individual and as an artist as well. Items are available for sale upon request.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I would say I’ve learned alot from this journey of mine. There are 3 skills that I really picked up on that really impacted my journey as a music artist/creative. First skill is becoming a “Business men” first. This is very important to understand the business aspect of your industry as well as the other crucial parts like the craft. Understanding the business aspect will give you guidance to know how to properly make the right decisions to help your business or career succeed. The 2nd skill I’ve learned is “Networking”. Networking is crucial part of any business and necessary to help you advance to the next level of success. Developing this skill also will help you be able to better express the idea behind your business or career and show people why they should invest in you or support your vision. Lastly the final skill I have found to be really impact full would be the leadership skills ive picked up. Being a creative often times people look up to you as a role model and you are their direct reflection of what it is possible to be in life. With me knowing this I have made it a habit to focus on showing people through my work, actions, and values how you should use your position in life to influence others in a positive manner. If you are early on in your journey focus on the fundamentals and get the basics down packed. Much like in sports take everything in life play by play.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking to collaborate with other like minded individuals. These individuals that I’m looking to partner with must be dedicated to their craft, hard-working and driven. I feel that your work/business is a direct reflection of you as a person. I you don’t take yourself serious or your business serious how can you expect someone else too. Also looking to collaborate with an open mind. Trying new things is exciting and could also be a new way to grow yourself of your career.
