We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Lisa Pfeiffer a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Lisa, you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depend on authentic generosity and empathy, and so we’d love to hear about how you became such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?
My journey to generosity started in a challenging childhood environment. Growing up in and out of foster care, I often faced hardships like wearing old clothes to school and not having enough to eat. These experiences instilled in me a profound empathy and a strong work ethic. As an adult, I’ve channeled these traits into a commitment to helping others, especially by empowering women with skills and confidence that can transform their lives. Each day, I’m driven by a question: how can I make someone’s journey a little easier? My past has taught me to value compassion deeply, and it guides everything I do.

Absolutely. I’ve been a holistic master esthetician for nearly 40 years, focusing on healing the skin naturally, without invasive procedures. I founded Peaches Skin Care, a brand that embodies health for both body and skin, ensuring our products are toxin-free, vegan, and organic. I’m also a passionate advocate for pro-aging, challenging the beauty standards that diminish women’s natural aging process. I empower women to age gracefully, embracing wrinkles and gray hair as marks of a life well-lived.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for those early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Compassion, a relentless work ethic, and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients have been crucial. My advice for those starting out is to lead with passion, not just profit. If your heart is in your work, success follows. Embrace what you love, and let that drive your decisions—not just the potential for financial gain.

My husband has been my rock and greatest supporter. Together, we tackle challenges head-on, making a formidable team.
